You'll be in the clubs, leading from the front, building capability in your team, and ensuring each location is operating at a high standard across sales, service, and retention.You'll act as the critical link between senior leadership and your clubs, translating strategy into action, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing future leaders within your network.Key ResponsibilitiesFull ownership of club performance across 7 locationsDriving sales, revenue, and profit outcomesLeading, mentoring, and developing Club Managers and their teamsEmbedding clear KPIs, accountability, and performance standardsBuilding a robust, consistent team culture across all sitesOverseeing staff training, development, and progressionEnsuring a high-quality,
