Job Description
Strategy + Scale, a construction coaching business for commercial owners, is seeking a Performance Coach to own client relationships from onboarding onward and drive results across five levers: Pre-construction, Delivery, People, Systems, and Safety & Risk.
You'll run group and 1:1 coaching sessions with construction business owners, facilitate strategy workshops, stay closely engaged between sessions, and help set the coaching standard as the team grows.
