You will lead P&C; initiatives, guide leadership on employment changes, and manage relationships with stakeholders.
You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment with the Talent Manager, support employee lifecycle matters, and coach hiring managers.
An industry-industry background and White Card are preferred.
