Job Description
Hilton Perth Waterfront is seeking a Part-time Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests, check them in/out, and address inquiries with care.
You'll deliver memorable hospitality, promote hotel services, and provide local knowledge to enhance every stay.
Based in Perth, you'll join a energetic front office team, use the PMS, handle payments, and resolve guest requests promptly while maintaining a calm, friendly demeanor across busy shifts.
