The Chance
We're expanding to keep up with demand and have two positions to fill.
We're looking for people who take pride in what they do and want to be part of a team that holds itself to a high standard.
You'll lead a small crew across garden maintenance and horticulture work, ensuring jobs are completed to a consistently high standard.
This role suits someone with solid hands-on experience who is ready to step up, take ownership, and set the tone for quality on every job.
What you'll need:
Leadership ability — you lead by example and bring others up with you
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage a small team with respect and professionalism
A commitment to quality that you hold yourself and others to
Valid driver's licence (essential) — a company car is provided for this role
The right to work in Australia, living in or near our service areas
What you'll get:
$35–$38/hr + overtime + super
Company car
Permanent full-time role with holiday, public holiday and sick pay

A team that respects and supports you
You don't need years of experience — you need the right attitude.
We'll teach you everything from the ground up.
What we can't teach is genuinely caring about doing a job well.
If that's you, we want to hear from you.
You'll work alongside our team on garden maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, hedging, mulching, weeding and general garden care across beautiful properties in the Blue Mountains and surrounds.
What you'll need:
A genuine passion for quality — you notice the difference between a job done and a job done well
Reliability and punctuality — we start on-site at 7am
Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in all weather
A respectful, team-first attitude
Valid driver's licence and own transport (essential)
The right to work in Australia, living in or near our service areas
What you'll get:

A team that takes pride in its work and treats people well
Our Culture
We're a small team and the culture matters to us.
We work hard, we hold a high standard, and we treat each other with respect — full stop.
If you're someone who takes shortcuts, does the bare minimum, or doesn't work well with others, this isn't the right fit.
If you're someone who wants to be part of something worth being proud of — you'll fit right in.
