The Role:
You'll take full responsibility for a well-maintained portfolio, supported byleasing, reception and the wider PM team.
There isno trust accounting, but VCAT experience is essential.
About You
We're looking for an experienced Property Manager with anAgent's Representative Certificate, strong RTA knowledge and confidence at VCAT.
You'reorganised, accountable, personable and commercially minded -someone who can manage their portfolio autonomously, build strong relationships and still enjoy the banter of a genuinely social team.
If you're looking for a tightly held portfolio, minimal driving and a team you'll actually enjoy coming to work with — this could be the one!
