Job Description
Crown Sydney is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead Mahogany Bar and Restaurant within Crown Sydney's premium gaming workplace.
You will support management, coach a high-performing team, and ensure every guest interaction reflects Crown Sydney's premium standards.
You will lead by example on the floor, oversee daily venue operations, and drive service excellence in a luxury, high-volume setting.
A rotating 24/7 roster is required, with overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays.
