Success in this role means being the welcoming face and professional first point of contact for DANS In Home Care.It's ensuring every visitor, client and caller receives a positive experience, while providing high-quality administrative support to the wider team.It's keeping the office organised, managing competing priorities effectively, and supporting the day-to-day operations that help our services run smoothly.Through professionalism, attention to detail and a genuine commitment to helping others, you'll play an important role in supporting both our team and the clients we serve.About the RoleIn our Reception & Administration role,
you'll be the first point of contact for many of the people who interact with DANS.You'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience while providing administrative support that helps keep our office running smoothly.No two days are exactly the same, which is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and being part of a busy, supportive environment.What You'll Be DoingReception & Customer ServiceWelcoming clients, families, staff and visitors to our officeAnswering incoming phone calls and responding to enquiriesDirecting enquiries to the appropriate team membersCreating a friendly, professional and welcoming environmentManaging incoming and outgoing correspondenceAdministration SupportProviding administrative support across the organisationPreparing documents, reports and correspondenceMaintaining accurate records and filing systemsAssisting with data entry and general office administrationOrdering and monitoring office suppliesTeam SupportAssisting the broader team with day-to-day administrative tasksSupporting office projects and initiativesHelping maintain efficient and organised office operationsBuilding positive relationships with staff, clients and stakeholdersWhy You'll Love Working HereYou're Never Doing It AloneWe're a supportive team that genuinely looks out for one another.
