The Victorian State Sport Centres Trust (SSCT) operates and maintains over $1 billion assets including four of Australia's largest multi-sport venues, the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre (MSAC), the State Netball and Hockey Centre (SNHC), Lakeside Stadium incorporating the State Athletics Centre, and Knox Regional Sports Park including the State Basketball Centre (SBC).

We are a highly collaborative team working in an agile and fast-paced environment underpinned by our workplace values and a service driven approach.About the role:Join our People & Culture team and help create an exceptional employee experience.We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused People & Culture Coordinator to provide responsive HR support across the organisation.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of the employee lifecycle, delivering high-quality administration, maintaining workforce data integrity, supporting our HR Information system Dayforce, and helping people leaders and employees navigate People & Culture processes with confidence.About you:You bring a customer-first mindset, strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for supporting people.
You're confident managing multiple priorities, solving problems and working collaboratively with employees and leaders to deliver positive outcomes.Your ability to stay organised, maintain confidentiality, and provide accurate, timely support makes you a trusted and valued team member.As our People & Culture Coordinator,
you will:Coordinate end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employment changes and offboardingPrepare and maintain employment documentation and workforce recordsSupport the administration and ongoing effectiveness of the Dayforce Workforce Management systemAssist leaders, employees and system users to effectively utilise People & Culture systems and processesMonitor workforce compliance requirements, including licences, certificates and employment documentationContribute to workforce reporting and maintain accurate employee dataIdentify opportunities to improve People & Culture processes, systems and service deliverySupport People & Culture projects, initiatives and organisational prioritiesIf you are an organised and detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping others and delivering excellent customer service.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities and are committed to accuracy and confidentiality.Required skills and experience:Experience in HR administrationStrong organisational skills including prioritising a dynamic workloadExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering positive employee experiencesExperience using HRIS or workforce management systems (Dayforce experience highly regarded)Strong attention to detail and data management capabilityPractical, flexible and results orientated with a proven ability to solve problems.Maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive informationShortlisted candidates will be subject to pre-employment screenings,
