Quest Notting Hill has an exciting prospect available for a passionate, customer service driven hospitality professional to join our vibrant and friendly Front Office team as a Guest Services Agent.Ideally you will have experience in a Guest Services or Hotel Reception role .
Working for Quest Notting Hill will expose you to all aspects of the business including Guest Services, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Yield Management and General Administration.The Role:You will be responsible for all areas of Front Office Receptiontasks including but not limited to:Servicing the queries and needs of our in house guestsResponding to accommodation enquiries & processing reservationsWelcoming guests to the property and performing check-ins & check-out proceduresMaintaining accurate guest accounts & guest historyDelivering a high level of qualified customer serviceEnsuring all aspects of front office/reception run smoothlyPromoting the business to achieve sales targetsOpening Reception (AM Shift)
and Closing Reception (PM Shift)General day to day office and administrative duties.We are searching for an individual who:Has experience within the accommodation industry and understands hotel reservation systemsDemonstrates the ability to multi task in a fast pacedwork environment.Is comfortable in a service environment and has face to face customer service experienceHas exceptional communication (written and oral) and sound I.T skills (Microsoft products)Has a friendly personality with ambition to success and a passion to the hospitality industryIs enthusiastic and reliable with a professional work ethic.Is willing to work alone as well as part of a small team.Has independent transport.
(car parking provided)Displays a passion for excellent customer service.This is a full time requiring applicants to have the flexibility to work rostered shifts includingdays, nights, weekends and public holidays.
In addition, applicants must be immaculately presented (uniform provided).
