Argall is a design-led structural and civil engineering practice in Melbourne, collaborating with architects on civic and community buildings.
We are creating a role for a senior engineer to own the technical direction of the practice and grow into leadership. This is a genuinely senior role with a explicit path from technical leadership into executive responsibility, and a competitive package alongside the pathway.
The successful candidate will lead by example and build something they are proud of.
