Eastern Health is seeking a full-time nurse/case manager for the Box Hill Early Psychosis Team within the Infant Child and Youth Mental Health Service.
The role involves mental health assessments, collaborative treatment planning and intensive case management for young people and families with responsible conditions, including first episode psychosis and mania.
