The Role
This is a hands-on estimating role focused on systems development, master BOQs, display home estimating and pricing accuracy.
Working closely with the Procurement and Estimating teams, you will improve estimating processes, strengthen cost control and ensure pricing systems support the continued growth of the business.
The Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain master BOQs, recipes and mini billsEstimate display homes, options and base pricingMaintain estimating price files and cost-centre structuresSupport variation price book development and maintenanceAnalyse cost movements,



material wastage and marginsReview floorplan and façade pricing modelsSupport competitive tendering across selected cost centresProvide pricing support for retail promotions and product releasesRecommend improvements to estimating systems and processesWork closely with Construction, Drafting, Finance, Sales and Product DevelopmentLiaise with suppliers and trades regarding pricing, rates and scopes of work
The Requirements
Minimum five years' residential estimating experienceSenior estimating experience within custom or volume housingStrong master BOQ and estimating systems capabilityExperience across sales, production and BOQ estimating highly regardedStrong understanding of residential construction principles and regulationsHigh level of estimating software and database competencyCommercial understanding of costs, margins and profitabilityMethodical approach to problem-solving and process improvementStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills
