So, we're currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Night Porter to join our team and ensure our guests have a safe and comfortable stay during the night.
As a Night Porter, you will work with a small, dedicated night team to provide seamless service and support.Your day to dayAs a Night Porter, your shift will start at 11:00 pm and finish at 7:30 am.Every day is different, but you will mostly be:Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomesAssisting guests with luggage, organising transportation,valet parking and fulfilling a variety of other needs the guests may haveStaying one step of our guests' needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendationsCompleting other ad-hoc duties as requested to assist the front office team in fulfilling guest needsWhat we need from you:An unrestricted driver's licence (manual required)Ability to lift, pull and push large objects up to 23kgCommunication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you'll be easy to talk toYour problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities, so every guest leaves with great memoriesAbility to work independently and remain alert during night shifts.Literate and tech-savvy - you'll need a good grasp of reading, writing,
