We're looking for one person to own the physical side of the business: the warehouse, order fulfilment, and the shop floor.
You keep orders, stock, and the in-store experience running cleanly, day to day.Key responsibilitiesPick, pack, and dispatch all online ordersReceive and manage incoming deliveriesPrepare, pack, and coordinate influencer gifting orders, pick-ups, and collections, timed with the marketing teamImplement packing changes for promotions (inserts, seasonal swaps)Prepare the warehouse and shop ahead of sale periodsKeep the warehouse organised, clean, and running to a explicit systemManage physical inventory and stock accuracy, working closely with the digital / e-commerce teamRestock tubs and shelves; maintain the stock organisation systemsMonitor and reorder consumables (tape, packaging, supplies) so materials never run shortOpen, close, and run the shop on shiftHold the in-store experience to a consistent standard: presentation, cleanliness, lighting, incense,
