The village provides easy access to local shops, services, beaches and the many attractions of the Hastings region.We are seeking an energetic and motivated Casual Grounds & Maintenance Officer to join our team.THE ROLEReporting to the Park Manager, you'll help keep our park grounds, facilities and accommodation safe, well maintained and looking their best.This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, can turn their hand to general maintenance tasks and takes pride in creating a welcoming setting for our guests.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral grounds, garden and property maintenanceMowing, edging, pruning,



weeding and maintaining outdoor areasGeneral repairs and minor maintenance across accommodation, amenities and facilitiesOperating and maintaining grounds equipment and power toolsAssisting with preventative maintenance and park improvement projectsResponding to maintenance requests and identifying issues requiring attentionMaintaining a safe, clean and well-presented park environmentAbout YouPrevious grounds, property or general maintenance experience is preferredConfident using grounds maintenance equipment and power toolsPractical, hands-on and able to carry out basic repairs and maintenanceReliable, proactive and able to work independentlyStrong attention to detail and pride in your workFriendly and comfortable interacting with guests and team membersCurrent Driver's Licence (essential)Why Join Us?
