What matters to us is your attitude, drive, professionalism and willingness to learn.You'll need to have either commenced the education requirements for your Agent's Representative qualification or have already completed them, giving you the foundations to build a long-term career in real estate.You'll work alongside a senior sales team member, learning the sales process from the ground up and gaining practical, hands‐on experience across all areas of residential sales.What the role involvesLearning and assisting across all stages of the sales processMaking prospecting calls, completing letterbox drops and engaging with the local communitySupporting marketing campaigns, appraisals and client paperworkAssisting with open homes during the week and on weekendsFollowing up enquiries and maintaining accurate buyer informationAttending appraisals, inspections and client meetings to learn the sales processMaintaining accurate CRM records and assisting with general sales administrationBuilding your knowledge of the Bendigo property market and developing solid client relationshipsReal estate sales isn't always a 9–5 role.
You'll work outside standard business hours, including weekends,
