As a leading manufacturer and distributor of connectivity products including structured cabling, fibre optics, server racks, AV connectivity, security products, tools and testers, we need an excellent person to drive our sales and marketing efforts.Key responsibilitiesManage the development and execution of sales and marketing policies and strategiesPlan, organise and coordinate the business's sales and marketing activitiesOversee creation and publishing of unique sales and marketing plans and contentsAssess the results of campaigns and promotions and identify new marketing opportunitiesAnalyse current and future marketing promotions and ensure they align with the business's brand and valuesDirect merchandising methods and assist in setting pricesDrive strategies to increase awareness of the business's brand and existing and new productsConduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand market trends, consumer needs and requirementsMaintain robust business relationships with key customers and understand their needsTrain and provide leadership to sales and marketing teamAbout youAt least AQF Bachelor degree or equivalent in relevant fieldRight to work in AustraliaPunctual, efficient and reliableWork well in a team environmentAbout usCERTECH Pty Ltd is a leading manufacturer and distributor of connectivity products.
