This role exists in a constantly changing environment.
You will be called to use your initiative and problem-solving skills to ensure efficiency and proficiency within all aspects of the role.Key responsibilitiesAll diary optimization - bookings, changes, waitlists and cancellationsAll billing, including private and third partyOverseeing all intake and admin related to the customer journey experienceEffective complaints handling and customer service improvementsDaily EPS (Ensuring Patient Satisfaction) and other EPS processesProvision of excellent customer service to all clients, whether in person,



on the phone or by emailGreeting all clients on arrival and ensuring new clients complete any required paperworkGenerating invoices for clients, processing payments and if required, DVA, Medicare and private health fund claimsMaking, changing and cancelling future appointments as requested by clients and therapistsManaging wait listsAbout youAbility to prioritise in a fast-paced environmentDiary utilisation and optimisationFront line customer service and complaints handlingGood phone manner, well spokenGood keyboard skills and general computer literacyAccurate cash handling and HICAPS/EFTPOS useCompetency and experience with Word, Excel and other MS Office software and the practice management systems Nookal and Mindbody, are key to the role but can be learnt on the jobExperience in an Allied Health or other medical practice environments is beneficial
