We are seeking reliable and compassionate Disability Support Workers to support our clients with complex paediatric care needs across the Northside Brisbane region.Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across Monday to Sunday, including both day and night shifts, is highly desirable.Example shift times may include:Morning shifts: 7:00am - 10:00amAfternoon shifts: 2:00pm - 5:00pmOvernight shifts (active night): 9:00pm - 7:00amWhile experience in paediatric complex care is highly regarded, we also welcome applications from candidates who are willing to learn and develop their skills in this area.Key ResponsibilitiesManual handling and use of hoistsEnteral (PEG) feedingTracheostomy (trachy) care and monitoringAdministration and monitoring of oxygen therapyAirway suctioning in accordance with care plans and clinical protocolsMaintaining accurate documentation and reportingPromoting client independence, dignity, and wellbeing
