We're looking for compassionate and reliable Residential Support Workers to help people with disability live more independently and enjoy a fulfilling life at home and in their community.

We're looking for staff with availability to work weekends, afternoons, public holidays and sleepover shifts!
What you'll do
As a Residential Support Worker, you will:
Support residents with daily living activities such as personal care, food preparation, medication support, and mealtime routines.Encourage independence and skill-building through person-centred support and teaching moments (big and small).
Create opportunities for residents to connect with their community, explore interests, and engage in meaningful activities.Work alongside team leaders and colleagues to implement Person-Centred Plans (PCPs).
Maintain accurate documentation and records to support safe, quality and empowering care.Complete admin tasks such as compliance reporting,



client paperwork and incident documentation while following genU policies and WHS standards.
