FHR Recruitment is partnering with Leading Image School Photos to build its NSW photography team for the **** school photography season.We're looking for experienced photographers and people with strong photography and customer service skills who are interested in casual, seasonal work across metropolitan and regional NSW.If you have previous school, group, event, sports or high-volume photography experience, we particularly want to hear from you.School Photographers - Casual | $33-$50/hr + AllowancesThe OpportunityAs a Casual School Photographer, you'll work as part of the Leading Image NSW team, photographing students and staff across a variety of schools.Depending on your experience, your work may include:Individual student and staff portraitsClass and group photographySetting up and packing down photography equipmentWorking alongside experienced photographers and crew leadersEngaging with students, teachers and school staffFollowing established photography processes and workflowsBasic digital administration associated with photography daysTravel throughout NSW, including some regional and overnight workSchool photography involves early starts, but this can also mean early finishes.Training and preparation will be provided ahead of the **** photography season.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for reliable, energetic people who genuinely enjoy photography and working with others.Previous qualified photography experience is highly regarded, particularly school and group photography experience.To be successful, you'll ideally be:Confident behind the cameraFriendly and comfortable working with childrenA strong communicator who can engage with students, teachers and school staffReliable,



organised and punctualComfortable working to schedules and established processesA good team playerComfortable with basic computer and administration tasksAvailable to travel when requiredYou'll also need:A current driver's licenceA current NSW Working with Children Check (Employee), or the ability to obtain oneA National Police Check, or the ability to obtain oneFull working rights in AustraliaPay & ConditionsCasual rates range from $33 to $50 per hour, depending on the work being performed, level of responsibility and experience.Applicable travel and other allowances are also paid.Experienced photographers who can take on additional responsibilities, particularly group photography, will have opportunities to work at the higher end of the rate structure.Why Join Leading Image?
