The Position:
Manage a residential portfolio from end to endGuide,
mentor and support the Property Management teamAssist with escalations, workflows and team performanceOversee maintenance, inspections, arrears and renewalsBuild strong owner, tenant and contractor relationshipsWork closely with internal development, construction and operations teamsMaintain high service and portfolio standards
Requirements:
Strong residential Property Management experiencePrevious leadership or mentoring experienceCurrent QLD Certificate of RegistrationCurrent Australian driver's licenceConfident communicator and problem-solverOrganised, professional and solutions-focused
