Lucas Collective is launching one of Melbourne’s most anticipated openings, Wishbone, in the CBD. We’re seeking passionate Sommeliers to join Noẽma’s opening team, focusing on exceptional wine service, cellar management and memorable guest experiences.

You’ll work with Loïc Avril and Yuki Hirose, Group Head Sommelier, shaping the group’s wine programs from day one, with full time and casual prospects available.
