Rapid Loans is seeking a Collections Officer for our Gold Coast location near Miami Beach.
You will manage a portfolio of accounts, engage with customers to understand circumstances, and establish workable payment arrangements while identifying early hardship indicators.The role requires 1–2 years in customer service or collections, with robust negotiation, empathy and high-pressure performance in a fast-paced environment.
