What you'll be doingYou will support business operations of Mater car parks through administration tasks including car park billing for Mater community businesses including QCH and other tenants, and other tasks supporting revenue controls.Provide support, advice and resolution to all car park enquiries through both direct phone contact and email.Facilitate delivery of services and support to Mater Group and tenants in relation to car park access or special requirements relating to car park facilities.Co-ordinate campus access through Prox cards via interfaces, issuing and assigning appropriate accessAbout youYou will have robust communication competencies (written and oral).
