Wide Bay Hospital & Health Service in Hervey Bay and Maryborough is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to provide high level community-based OT services within the Integrated Care Rehabilitation Service, including the Transition Care Program.
The role focuses on rehabilitation after acute or sub-acute care, aims to prevent avoidable admissions, and includes clinical supervision of HP3 staff and delegation to allied health assistants for protected therapy delivery.
