Job Description
Calvary Riverina Private Hospital in Wagga Wagga, NSW, is seeking a compassionate Social Worker for a permanent part time role to support rehabilitation, palliative care and complex health journeys.
You will work in a multidisciplinary team, providing psychosocial assessment, discharge planning and advocacy across the hospital to assist patients and families through illness, recovery and end-of-life care.
