Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
·Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for IAM solutions, especially aroundSailPoint.
·Collaborate with IAM architects, developers, and business stakeholders to define access governance policies, roles, and workflows.
·Assist in the design and implementation of SailPoint solutions (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow).
·Translate business needs into functional specifications and use cases.
·Support testing efforts, including UAT, SIT, and regression testing.
·Participate in access certification campaigns and role modeling efforts.
·Identify gaps and recommendIAMprocess improvements.
·Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
·Facilitate meetings, workshops,



and presentations related to IAM topics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
·5+ years of experience as aBusiness AnalystinIAM/IDAMdomains.
·Solid understanding ofSailPoint(IdentityIQ or IdentityNow).
·Experience in access certification, provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and identity lifecycle management.
·Good understanding ofIAM concepts such as SSO, MFA, PAM, etc.
·Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.
·Experience working inAgile/Scrumenvironments.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
