Job Description
Transport for NSW seeks a Customer and Stakeholder Engagement Best Practice Specialist to lead the development and embedding of high-quality engagement practices across the Community & Stakeholder Engagement function.
You will coordinate the CSE Community of Practice, oversee engagement platforms (CRM) and drive governance frameworks to improve data integrity, reporting and outcomes across portfolios.
