Production Technician

n Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

Manpower is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Technician to join a leading global organisation within the animal health and pharmaceutical manufacturing sector based in Bendigo.
n
This role offers the opportunity to work within a highly regulated production environment, supporting the manufacture of products that contribute to animal health and wellbeing.
n
Please note: This is a casual ongoing opportunity. While work is available on a regular basis, hours may vary depending on production requirements. Some weeks may offer full-time hours, whilst others may have reduced shifts. Flexibility and availability across the working week are essential.

About the Role
n
Reporting to the production team, you will be responsible for supporting blending, filling, packaging and general production operations while working to strict quality and safety standards.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Operate blending, filling and production equipment
n
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality processes
n
Complete accurate production documentation and records
n
Monitor product quality and identify any issues or discrepancies
n
Maintain a clean, secure and compliant work environment
n
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets
n
Assist with packaging,



warehouse and general production duties as required
n
Adhere to GMP, safety and regulatory requirements at all times
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
n
n
Previous manufacturing, pharmaceutical, laboratory or production experience
n
Experience working within regulated environments and following SOPs
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
A proactive approach to safety and compliance
n
Physical fitness and the ability to be on your feet for extended periods
n
Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
Degree or tertiary qualifications in Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field
n
Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food manufacturing or laboratory environments
n
Knowledge of GMP and quality-controlled manufacturing processes
n
n
