Trinity St Kilda is preparing to reopen following an extensive renovation, and we're looking for an energetic, experienced Venue Manager to lead the relaunch and shape our next chapter.

With functions, large group bookings and live entertainment at the forefront, complemented by outstanding food and an extensive bar offering, this is an opportunity to build a team, create a strong culture and put your stamp on the venue from day one.

We're looking for a natural host and a hands‐on leader—someone who loves being on the floor, builds relationships with guests and knows how to bring out the best in their team.

The opportunity

Lead the venue through its relaunch and into successful day‐to‐day trading.
n
Recruit, train and develop a passionate team with a strong customer service culture.
n
Make functions, celebrations and large group bookings a standout part of the Trinity experience.
n
Bring our entertainment offering to life, creating an atmosphere that keeps people coming back.

Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver consistently great food, drinks and service.
n
Take ownership of rostering, labour costs, stock control, compliance and venue performance.
n
Bring fresh ideas and help establish Trinity as a go-to St Kilda destination.

About you
n
You'll have experience managing a busy hospitality venue, with a strong understanding of food and beverage operations, functions and team leadership. You'll be organised, commercially minded and comfortable leading busy services while keeping the guest experience front and centre.

Above all, you'll bring personality, initiative and pride in what you do. We want someone who can build a positive, accountable team culture and is excited by the opportunity to help relaunch a venue.
