Alcoa Australia’s Willowdale Mining operations in Western Australia seek a Fixed Plant Reliability Engineer. You will be a key contributor, applying reliability techniques to optimise equipment performance and asset health across conveyors, crushers, stackers, reclaimers, hydraulics and pumps.

Reporting to the Senior Reliability Engineer, you will work with cross‑functional teams, lead MOC and risk processes, perform reliability studies, and support capital and maintenance projects.
