EML Group is seeking a CRM Platform Lead to own the Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse roadmap, delivering hands-on configuration, integrations, and improvements that align with business priorities.

You will manage settings, releases and ITIL-aligned processes, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to balance enhancements and technical debt while supporting data and reporting needs. This is a hybrid, full time Sydney-based role within our Specialist Organisation.
