Job Description
We are currently seeking a driven and motivated Business Development Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, business development, and building long-term professional relationships. You will play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting business growth and delivering outstanding service to both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

Assist the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement of high-calibre candidates
n
Write compelling and engaging job advertisements to attract top talent
n
Conduct candidate interviews, reference checks, and manage offer negotiations
n
Manage the onboarding and contract process end-to-end
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
n
Identify and secure new business opportunities through business development activities
n
Provide administrative support to the team and assist with recruitment operations
n
Coordinate meetings, interviews, networking events, and client appointments
n
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment processes
n
About you
n
Minimum 1 year of related work experience
n
Previous experience in Recruitment, Relationship Management, Sales, HR or Customer Service is highly regarded
n




Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese is preferred but not essential
n
Highly driven, hardworking, and results-oriented
n
Excellent time management and organisational skills
n
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
n
Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional service
n
Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
n
Candidates with prior exposure or industry knowledge in Real Estate Agencies, Property Development, Construction, Mortgage, or Accounting will be highly regarded
