Strong SAP HR functional expertise coveringEmployee Central, Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, andHR business processes.
Ability to engage directly withbusinessstakeholders,conduct workshops, gather requirements, and translate theminto SAP solutions.
Valuable understanding of HR integrations, datamigration, reporting, and security/role design concepts.
Experience supporting end-to-end projectlifecycle including design, testing, training, and deployment.
Strong communication skills with the ability tobridge business requirements and technical delivery teams.
