Voyages Tourism Australia Pty Ltd invites applications for an Outdoor Dining Supervisor to lead our in office team at Ayers Rock Resort, Yulara, NT. You will oversee event-style dining, guest flow, and Roasting responsibilities, all under the Uluru night sky.
Demonstrated experience in food and beverage with outdoor dining is preferred. RSA certified candidates with a valid NT licence or the ability to obtain one will be considered.
