You will work with our family law Principal and Associate across a varied family law practice involving, property and financial matters, financial agreements, parenting, court proceedings and mediation.

Your role will be hands-on paralegal work combined with legal administration and client support.

The Responsibilities
Assisting lawyers with the day-to-day progression of matters
Preparing correspondence, court documents, briefs and other legal documents
Organizing and reviewing disclosure
Electronic court filing
Managing tasks, deadlines and appointments
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic files
Assisting with cost agreements, retainer and costs administration
Providing general administrative and legal support

The Candidate

We are seeking an experienced paralegal who demonstrates:

Excellent attention to detail
Skilled communication skills by email and phone
Ability to be proactive and follows through
Ability to manage competing priorities
Minimum of three (3) years' experience as a family law paralegal
