Backed by over three decades of continuous growth and an enviable portfolio of over 1,200 successfully completed projects, my client offers long-term career security, clear progression, and creative autonomy.About the RoleWe are seeking a talented Mid-Level Interior Designer with 3 to 6 years of commercial workplace experience to join their dynamic Sydney team located in the heart of the CBD.In this permanent full time role, you will be deeply involved in planning, designing, and coordinating commercial space transformations.You will support and lead projects through concept design, spatial planning, design development, complex documentation, and construction administration.This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-profile corporate head offices, bespoke speculative suites, and national commercial rollouts.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop functional and aesthetically innovative design solutions that align with client briefs, spatial needs, and budget parametersProduce comprehensive design documentation, BIM models, and visual presentations using Revit, Enscape,



and Adobe Creative SuiteResearch and specify materials, finishes, products, and sustainable design elements aligned with Greenstar, WELL, and NABERS guidelinesCollaborate closely with in-house estimators, site managers, and project delivery teams to oversee on-site implementation, resolve technical challenges, and ensure design intent is fully realisedParticipate in site measurements, furniture audits, costing reviews, and construction phase quality controlAttend client meetings, present creative concepts, and foster ongoing relationships alongside senior design leaders and business development teamsContribute positively to team culture through active idea sharing, market insights, and continuous design improvementAbout You3 to 6 years of commercial interior design experience, preferably within workplace design and constructionDemonstrated experience taking commercial projects through concept, documentation, and on-site deliveryAdvanced proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative SuiteSound understanding of Australian building codes, local compliance standards, construction methods, and detailingStrong conceptual design skills with a passion for sustainable, ethical, and local design principlesExcellent spatial awareness, problem-solving skills, and close attention to detailProven ability to work autonomously when required while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative team environmentOutstanding verbal and written communication skills with confidence in client-facing scenariosNote: All applications will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
