Amana Living seeks a compassionate Coordinator to lead the Pause Program, supporting people living with dementia and their carers through tailored respite experiences.
You will coordinate person-centred care plans and facilitate meaningful respite, promoting wellbeing at home.
This fixed-term, full time role (76 hours per fortnight) ends 30 June **** and is based at our Subiaco head office.
