Job Description
Green.com.au seeks a Customer Service Representative to join the Operations team in North Sydney.
You will help Australians switch to solar, batteries and EV charging, solving problems and guiding customers from first contact to resolution.
This full time, office-based role reports to the Operations Manager and involves working with suppliers, manufacturers and installers to ensure accurate CRM data and timely responses.
