PROCOM-Production/ComplianceMining Services in Gunnedah NSW is seeking an experienced Open Cut Mining Equipment Proficiency Trainer for a field-based role supporting production operations.
The role focuses on in-field observations, coaching, and assessment of operators against site standards.
You will work closely with operators, supervisors and site leadership to develop better operating practices, safety, and efficiency across the operating cycle.
