Job Description
Respect Group Limited is seeking compassionate Casual Personal Care Assistants for a rural aged care home in regional Victoria.
You will deliver person-centred care, support daily living activities, and help residents maintain dignity and comfort.
You will work with nurses and care teams, observe changes, document care plans, and build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support is preferred, with current police check and vaccinations.
