Job Description
Everyday Independence is seeking a Youth Lead Practitioner in Liverpool to support adolescents and young adults with disabilities.
You'll lead an interdisciplinary youth team to plan NDIS-funded therapy and coordinate with families for holistic outcomes.
The role requires a relevant degree and registration, a minimum of 2 years' youth work experience, robust communication, and willingness to meet billable targets.
A driver's license and checks are needed.
