The Good Times Pub Group, Queensland's fastest growing hotel group, is seeking applications for an experienced Chef to join our team at the Burnside Hotel, Yatala.
You will be part of a supportive and talented kitchen team under the guidance of our Group Head Chef.This full time salary position requires the availability, for the successful candidate, to work across a 7-day roster including weekdays and nights, weekends, split shifts and / or public holidays.Duties include but are not limited to:Food preparation and presentationEnsuring expectations of service are consistently metCatering for functions such as parties for up to 50 peopleEnsuring menus, food standards, procedures and processes are followedAssist with ordering for kitchen and regular stocktake processesMaintaining a clean,
