We do good work, look after our clients and candidates, and expect a lot from ourselves.Now we're investing in the next phase of our Infrastructure & Utilities division.About the RoleReporting to our Division Manager, you'll play an important role in growing Resourceful's Infrastructure & Utilities presence nationally.We already have relationships across a number of prominent utilities and infrastructure businesses, along with a strong track record across the sector.
The prospect is to deepen those relationships, create new ones and turn more of them into long-term recruitment partnerships.There's plenty of opportunity ahead, but you won't be doing it alone.
You'll be backed by an experienced team, strong systems, delivery support and a brand that's been operating in our core markets since ****.You'll focus on:Building and deepening relationships with clients across infrastructure and utilitiesRecruiting mid-to-senior technical,



engineering and white-collar professionalsDeveloping opportunities across existing and target accountsGrowing a strong contractor base through long-term, margin-focused placementsRunning quality end-to-end recruitment processesDelivering with speed, care and accountabilityWorking closely with the broader team to share information, opportunities and winsAbout YouYou love recruitment.
