This hands‐on position encompasses accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, reconciliations, banking, bookkeeping, and financial administration using SAP Business One, Xero, and legacy systems.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processingSupplier and customer account reconciliationsProcessing payment runs and customer receiptsPayroll administration, reconciliations,



and superannuation processingBank reconciliations and general bookkeeping activitiesManaging finance inboxes and responding to supplier and customer enquiriesMaintaining accurate financial records and documentationSupporting month-end and year-end finance activitiesProcessing transactions across multiple accounting systemsAssisting with compliance reporting, BAS, payroll tax, and statutory obligationsProviding administrative support across finance functions as requiredAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Certificate IV, Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, Business, or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years' experience in a finance, bookkeeping, or payroll positionDemonstrated experience with end-to-end payroll processingStrong Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable knowledgeSolid bookkeeping and reconciliation skillsExperience using ERP or accounting systems such as SAP and XeroIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organisational and time management skillsThe ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlinesWhat's on OfferFull-time hoursTemporary position with the opportunity to become permanentSupportive and collaborative team environmentDiverse and hands-on finance roleOpportunity to work across multiple business entities and systemsCompetitive remuneration based on experience
