This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing production, safety, and workforce performance on a major underground development project.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and direction to underground mining teamsOversee daily operations to ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficientlyManage supervisors, operators, and contractors across multiple crewsEnsure compliance with site safety systems, statutory requirements, and company standardsMonitor and improve operational performance, productivity,
