Bluestone Home Loans LLC is seeking a results-driven VIC State Sales Manager to lead the development and execution of our sales strategy across brokers and aggregators.
You will coach and motivate a team of Business Development Managers, driving revenue and market expansion with a focus on growth and compliant governance.
You will build strategic relationships, oversee budgets, and guide performance through coaching, mentoring, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced lending workplace.
