Hitech Asia Pacific is seeking experienced Contact Centre Systems Technical Leads to join a Federal Government agency in Australia. You will design, build and enhance cloud-based AWS Amazon Connect contact centre solutions to support critical citizen services in a large-scale digital workplace.

You will lead Terraform-based infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices, mentor delivery teams, and drive integrations with enterprise systems.
